How To Join

Interested young men must attend the public information meeting to receive an application. Applicants must complete the application and participate in the interview and selection process.


Participation in The League Program is open to 6th-12th grade young men who attend school in Hancock County, Stone, Harrison County, or Jackson County. 

Our Goal

Our goal is to develop the potential and individuality of young males of all color in grades seventh through twelfth and engage them in activities that increase their mastery level in the arts and core academic areas.


The Mentors

Member of The League will work with several goal-oriented mentors to develop a strong self-image and experience the benefits of academic success early in life. The program uses curriculum focused on diversity and builds positive relationships with teachers, parents and local law enforcement officers to address common achievement inequities faced by young males of all colors.
